Social media offers businesses great positives towards their business but on the other hand of things it also offers potential dangers.
A danger can be reputation management. This is when a business can talk badly about another business and this can cause customers to decide to leave communication within that business. They can say things that arent true or they can put online about how bad their customer service is or that a product is not correctly made. This meaning that people will see the reviews on social media and they decide that they do not want to continue business with them.
There is always a risk of hacking a business through social media. This can be if their social media website hasn't got enough security within it. For example their password isn't strong enough. Other people may be able to get onto the businesses social media website and put up unnecessary things and inappropriate comments. Other users that follow the business on social media can then see what has been put up and this can cause less business for them. Many businesses use social media to keep information secret such as new products coming out that are not released or information on people that they shouldn't have. If the social media page gets hacked then the business may have a law suit against them as there may be information about a customer that gets leaked when it should be kept private and confidential.

Enjoyed reading, would like to have known more about the law suite if business get hacked . I also would have personally liked to know about how you could overcome this and what there is to prevent this from happening. Other than that it was a well written blog.
